Gerardine Rudolphy

Gerardine's career began in the UK where she worked in retail, the public service, manufacturing and management consulting.

She continued her career in Australia and has extensive experience in the fields of organisation development, in-house and external consulting services, business improvement, employee engagement, and change facilitation.

She also has extensive experience in the university sector,  teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in business and human resources.

More recently she consolidated and formalised her skills and experience in career development and coaching, becoming a professional member of the Career Development Association of Australian (PCDAA), and a Registered Professional Career Development Practitioner with the Career Industry Council of Australia (RPCDP). 

This complements her accreditation with the Australian HR Institute as a Fellow and Certified Human Resource practitioner (FCPHR).

Gerardine has a Masters in Education (Social Ecology), a Postgraduate Diploma in Business, and a Graduate Certificate in Career Development.
